      • Please include any dimensional/wood preferences.

      • If you or your client are ready for a formal quote please indicate that on the form

  3. Once we have the paid deposit of 75%, we will add you to our waitlist

  4. We will keep you up to date on when we start your project

  5. Full payment and shipping is required before delivery
